Acted as client Safety consultant for the the demolition of a number of commercial buildings followed by the excavation of a large basement £300m project on Kensington High Street will eventually house 35 private apartments, eight private houses and 20 affordable apartments for the elderly, with facilities including secure underground car parking, a large private swimming pool, gym and spa facility, new cinema, a self-contained office building and ancillary retail units. The historic Art Deco façade of the original cinema building, built in 1926, is being retained and restored.
Goodluck Hope: Acted as the client safety advisor for the construction of around 800 homes at the mouth of the River Lea, interesting aspects included:

Design of the crown at the top of the tallest block in respect of its constructability.

Access to the façade past the crown, this inhibited the use of a MEWP

Work close to the river

Shared access through the centre of the site and difficult logistics
Embassy Gardens Phase 2:, Multi-use acted development for Ballymore including 400+ flats (CDM advise and external safety consultant) Interesting aspects

Sky pool, a Perspex swimming pool installed on the 10th floor between two buildings.

Managing the risk of providing access to unique landscape design while also ensuring user safety.
Moreton Hall: We have undertaken refurbishment and construction works in a number of listed buildings, An example includes, Moreton Hall ( A grade II listed building which was extensively damaged during a fire which took place roof works) I have also worked on a number of privately listed properties as well as Thornbury castle a Castle from the 1500's that has been converted into a hotel.
Royal Wharf Primary School is a small primary school offering 60 spaces and. is situated just south of North Woolwich Road in the new Royal Wharf development and was completed in 2020. We worked as the principal designer on this project on behalf of the architects Field, Clegg, Bradley studios and also undertook site safety visits on behalf of the client Ballymore.
