 William Clive (Director)

I have worked in H&S / construction since 2003 and I set up Risk Wise Consulting in 2012. I have worked on many projects ranging from a few thousand pounds all the way up to 1 Billion and have enjoyed the challenges and variations that the industry has given me.

​

Life is full of opportunities, but with this, there is often a risk. This perpetual dilemma is what makes risk management so interesting to me and why I chose Health and Safety as a career.

John Bailey Senior Consultant

Jon has a thorough knowledge of health, safety and sustainable development issues, coupled with operational experience from almost 20 years in consultancy and industry. He has worked across government, the regulated sectors and industry in a variety of health and safety, environmental and CSR.

He is an effective communicator and influencer, with demonstrable experience in facilitating collaboration and change across all company levels, at Executive Board through to site teams. He is able to integrate health, safety and sustainability within companies to provide business-winning advantage, target cost reduction and improve culture.

Early in his career Jon worked in consultancy moving into the Construction industry and spent two years working on-site at the Olympic Park. A senior management position followed within the Galliford Try Group developing and rolling out a Corporate Responsibility strategy.

Dominic Graham (Senior Consultant)

Dominic has more than 20 years’ experience advising businesses and their senior management teams on health and safety matters. During this time he has worked for some of the UK’s leading project management and engineering consultancies as a specialist advisor and spent 7 years ensconced within one of the UK’s leading Regulatory Law teams.

As well as auditing and advising clients such as Arcadia Group, Scottish Power Renewables, Persimmon Homes and 3M, he worked alongside legal defence teams to provide practical health and safety advice and guidance on live cases including some of the most high profile UK health and safety cases of that time. One such case was the first significant Corporate Manslaughter conviction
